Paul Busch has been teaching yoga since 1996 and has studied and practiced yoga since 1990. Prior to that he studied with a meditation teacher for 7 years and spent 5 years practicing martial arts. Using his 15 years of study in the Iyengar yoga system as a foundation, Paul helps students develop their poses from the inside/out, strengthening and stabilizing from the core.
