Registration Policy: You will not receive a confirmation message. You will only be contacted if the class you request is full.
Refund Policy: Sorry, no refunds once the session has begun. No refund of the $30 deposit fee.
Make-Up Policy: Within the same session, students can make up any missed class with their own teacher or, with permission, classes can be made up with a different teacher. No make-ups are allowed once a session ends.
Precautions: Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, are pregnant, or are menstruating. Alternative poses or sequences may be suggested.
Preparation for Class:
Bring your own mat. (Mats are available at the studio if you forget yours or don't have one.)
Have bare feet and an empty stomach. It is best not to eat for at least two hours before class.
Most students wear a T-shirt and running shorts, or a leotard and footless tights.
Long, baggy pants are not recommended, because the teacher needs to see how a student's legs are working.
NO HEAVY PERFUMES PLEASE.
