Body Work Training at St. Paul Yoga Center

The St. Paul Yoga Center is pleased to host a variety of CranioSacral Therapy Workshops, which are put on by the Heartwood Institute for Integrative Medicine.   Intro and CranioSacral  l classes are open to all.  Other classes have CranioSacral l  as a prerequisite.

Intro to CranioSacral Techniques   Sunday March 4, 2012, 9-5pm, $120-$150.   8 CE hours.  Learn to listen to the body and gently release the cranial bones, sacrum and facsia.

CranioSacral  l     April 13-15, 2012, $420-$470.   Learn foundational techniques while building intuitive palpation skills.  Begin to give treatments and see results.  No prerequisites.  23 CE hours

If you are new to the studio, please print a coupon for a free class. You may use this to choose the class you wish to attend. We also have a donation class on Sundays from 2:30-3:30pm which is open to all levels.

Open Practice

Available to all students enrolled in a class session at the St. Paul Yoga Center, Minneapolis Yoga Workshop or the BKS Iyengar Studio in Minneapolis. Rent a key and practice in either studio at the St. Paul Yoga Center during open times.

$20/month, $90/6 months, or $170/1 year
